Treva Holmes – All That Matters

Last time Treva Holmes was on our pages was with the release of his “Red Light” video last year. Roxbury’s R&B vibe is back today with another wavy bounce off it: “All That Matters”. Which serves as the outro on Treva’s most recent EP, which pays homage in the title to his hometown – “A Night In Roxbury”. Roxbury Sound (a producer and fellow Roxbury native whom Holmes taps frequently) laced him up quite nicely with some A1 production on this record setting the mood perfectly. Allowing Treva to float through the bright 808s and shoot his shot serenade style. “All that matters is I get to touch your body”, is repeated on the hook. Continuing to shoot his shot – the video follows him on a nighttime journey to his love interest’s hotel room (which he set up) where he hopes to find a happy ending.
