LocoCity – Krazy

Let’s welcome LocoCity to the TMTV pages. A newer artist coming out the other side of the border – Toronto, Canada specifically. LocoCity’s music tiptoes on a line somewhere blending wavy melodies with street stories. On his new visual “Krazy”, directed by 2Tab Visuals, the BLKZ emcee is giving us exactly that. Ice Starr was the producer for the record, putting together a perfect canvas for LocoCity to come through and paint his picture for the unforgiving, crazy streets. “And I stay high ‘cause I can’t stay sober/And I stay strapped ‘cause this war isn’t over”, LocoCity raps. On the song he proves he knows that the street life comes with many negatives and he’s just trying to maneuver through and stay alive while he gets to it. One of the negatives in that life is losing people around you and the visual also comes as tribute to one of his own fallen soldiers. But with only three videos on his YouTube page – LocoCity has a short but consistent resume of street-bops more than worthy of keeping an ear out for. After you check out “Krazy” in the TMTV Theater, leave your opinions on Toronto’s new talent in the comments below. #TMTV (written by: @NateSaid)
