Leano – Dark

After a brief hiatus from the Fields Corner soldier, Leano returns to the scene ready to start a new wave with “Dark”. Dropping “Big” from his stage name as a rebranding move perhaps but his newest release proves his music needs no repackaging. Tapping TWayneTheKidd (who’s a Producer apart of The Museum TV’s Directory) to make it a 617 connection – “Dark” is just that dark, and confident, and evocative and true to Leano’s style. Leano wants everyone to know he traps from the heart, professing his love for the jugs with witty bars and signature Leano appeal all over cold, menacing production. You see cameos from Cousin Stizz and LDG Beats (who’s a Producer apart of The Museum TV’s Directory) in the Denzel Deranamie-directed video which premiered via Elevator. But the hardest scenes are the ones where it’s just Leano and the flashlight spotlight (possibly the one he just put on his glock). Curwyn Henry joins to the team to lend a helping hand with some of the editing work as well.
