Jay Critch has yet to release his debut project: “Hood Favorite” but that hasn’t stopped the Brooklyn emcee from building a genuine following or stop him from inking a deal with Rich The Kid’s Rich Forever label or even stop him from building his own imprint or stop him from: Talk Money Entertainment (or even stop him from dropping New York gem with Harry Fraud or even stop him from having a TMTV sitdown moons ago). Basically without a full-length project streaming anywhere Jay Critch has put himself in a perfect position to continue to win. Now due any day is both, his debut mixtape and the fourth installment of the Rich Forever collaboration project (“RF4”). However today we get brand new Spike Tarantino directed treat. Jay isn’t out here switching up either – still out here moving and grooving, mobbed up on some BK corners with the “Same Team”. That signature Critch sound mixing the old New York hip hop essence with the modern day wave nuances fill the song up. It’s short but it’s strong and should hold his audience over until his two projects this month.
