Brittany Campbell – Mean
Chicago touches the TMTV pages yet again. Actually, transplanted from Brooklyn comes the multi-talented: Brittany Campbell, making her TMTV Theatre debut putting her soulful, songstress abilities on display. Taking some time away from the tv cameras (Netflix Originals: She’s Gotta Have It and Master of None) – Brittany heads in front of the camera again but this time around it is for her newest music video: “Mean”. In a statement with LadyGunn Magazine, the website that premiered the video, Brittany said as her contagious laugh followed: “This one is for anyone who has dealt with a mean boy and chose to bounce!” Where the song itself is reflective and emotional, it is still fun. The video elevates all the feelings spewed out on the record. Weird Life Films took the production credit (with Laura Gordon listed as the director). From start to finish the aesthetic is something out of a function at the Great Gatsby’s residence or something similar to a special ball or special gala. Overall the release is a strong showing from the multi-talented Miss Campbell. Make sure you hit our official website to watch “Mean” in it’s entirety. Then after you do so leave us some comments in the section below letting us know how you feel about the new single/video from Currently Chicago’s Brittany Campbell. #TMTV (written by: @NateSaid)
