From having to dodge law enforcement of silly incidences to saving his money to build his campaign, C Wells is one artist we know looking to stay on his grind. His project “Before The Tour Bus”, which ended up premiering on HipHopDX, has been in the making for sometime now as he’s been solidifying the people he would like to work with.
