Grand Rapid’s Willie The Kid has never been the one to follow the direction of Main Stream music. He’s always carved his own path with his witty word play. A little earlier this year he began to get active again blessing us with a project he solely teamed up with producer V Don on called “Deutsche Marks” (out now everywhere). This record “Blue Notes” is definitely a stand out as Willie rings out “The Love Kept Me Afloat, The Hate Kept Me On My Toes” to end things off, which is a great reminder of keeping balance.
