You can’t say C Wells isn’t steadily on his grind. His project “Before The Tour Bus” surely turned heads to see what he’s about. This time he returns with a short film for his record “187 781” which points towards why Lynn is called the “City of Sin”. He recruits a few people from around the MA music scene (like Jiggz TB) to help make this happen while PXVCEGODFILMS captures it all for us.
